The Challenge

Quick-commerce for medicines wasn’t available in Assam, and our client wanted to make fast medical delivery accessible. They needed a seamless platform where customers could easily order medicines.

Our Solution

We built a fully connected 3-app ecosystem that made medicine delivery seamless end-to-end. Customers could search for medicines, upload prescriptions, or simply take a photo to identify medicines, then place and pay for orders instantly. Pharmacies had their own app to view orders in real time, update status, manage inventory, and track daily performance. Meanwhile, delivery partners received orders in their app,and coordinated directly with customers for smooth drop-offs.

Outcome

Roodimeds made doorstep medicine delivery accessible in Guwahati, reducing wait times and improving convenience for customers. Pharmacies could handle orders more efficiently, and delivery partners had a structured platform to manage deliveries. The apps helped bring fast, on-demand healthcare access to a market where it previously didn’t exist.
